ABOUT THE FRACTIONAL PROGRAM

Corporate flight departments have been saving money and resources for years, and now you can too.

Fractional Ownership History

The originator of the fractional ownership concept was Richard Santulli who pioneered the latest NetJets program and started this concept in 1986. Fractional ownership was developed to make business jets more affordable to companies that couldn't justify the cost of whole ownership of an aircraft. The concept made all the costs fixed, provide over 90% availability, and only have to purchase the hours you need per year in the aircraft. Why buy the whole pie when all you need is a piece, and now you can pay for just the piece and still be an owner.

Ascension's years of excellence and success has not only been recognized in media outlets, it has allowed us to be an endorsed Fractional Ownership Partner for Cirrus Aircraft.

Ascension History

Since Ascension's inception in 2004 the firm has excelled in financing, selling and managing private aircraft. Having overseen more than $20 million in aircraft transactions, and with the most successfully type of aircraft for Ascension being the Cirrus, it made it possible to be named a Cirrus official fractional ownership partner. Developing a fractional program that provides the benefits similar to corporate jet fractional programs that has not truly existed in the piston market till now, which allows the financing of shares and provides a higher level of concierge services to clients.
